Masih fatloss tujuannya? Atau mau bulking? Kalo bulking, selain protein, kualitas tidur dan manajemen stres itu penting. Kalo masih mau fatloss, ya wajar massa otot turun dikit, nanti pas lemak terpangkas sempurna, barulah bulking.
