Helen777's Journal, 12 Dec 08

It has been an extrorindary day.
There was a BIG full moon going down over the white capped peaks on my way to work.

A field full of elk on my way home tonight.

As I was swimming the waves of fog rolled over me- the geese were honking.

We live in such as great place.

And am doing okay on the diet and exercise. If I keep it up
should show a loss on Tuesday's weigh in.

Just loved the views on your journey home. Everyone seems to be waiting for winter to be over, but I think it has a beauty of its own. Here in scotland we have snow on the hills too and its roe deer and not elk and swans instead of geese. The frost on the trees make it look like a winter wonderland in the moonlight. Congrats on the diet and exercise
