Kenapa seminggu ini pengen ngemil terus. Hampir setiap hari ada aja jajan yg di makan, padahal makan banyak dan uda sesuai aturan (karbo protein lemak) tapi masih aja pengen ngemil. Kayak oreo, keripik, walopun masih defcal tapi kok kepikiran juga lama2 ya takutnya bb malah naik kalo ngemilnya tiap hari. Dan lemak tubuh jdi gak berkurang2 😌😭
