Tipsnya apa yahh hahaha, mungkin jangan diet ekstrim trus perbanyak ilmu tentang diet, jangan bosen2 nonton yt tentang diet n nutrition, karna aku gk di awasi Nutritionist jadi harus banyak2 belajar sendiri hehe, pokonya belajar sih kuncinya dan kenali tubuh kmu sendiri, pasti nanti nemu diet yang cocok buat tubuh kamu, semangaaat semuaaa 🥰
