you should remove egg yolks

@Darshan Varma that's a common misconception. Egg yolk is the best and most nutrient rich part of the egg. It provides you body with omega 3 cholesterol which is a healthy fat. Egg yolks are go to if you're on your way to a healthy lifestyle.

Little greasing is important if u eat one egg in week but if u eat daily it not be a good choice think twice what you eat.
