Hai semua... Itu progress kurng lbh 3bln... Sy olga nya cm joging aj tiap hri skitar 45menit (masih mles bgwt WO atw ke gym)... Pola makan juga nggk smua nya clean.. Masih sering bget ngemil... Jdi sya enjoy nya di IF aja, biar bisa atur kalori masuk spy gak bablas... Yg pasti konsisten aja... Pasti ada hasil klo mau konsisten. Hihi.. Semagat ya smua...
