Reviewed prior IF weigh ins to see the pattern. Consistently my weight goes up in August and then starts back down mid spring. (Perhaps I am a bear? Hmmm.) Did October meal planning and going back to menus from January 2020 - Plant Paradox meals. See if I can trump the pattern!
