Yay, I lost about 2 pounds and I only just started my diet yesterday!! That is encouragement!!
95.3 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Good going :D you'll lose plenty more throughout the next few days! Just stick to your diet and get some exercise in. Half an hour is a good start. Go for something moderate, like brisk walking :)
