betul banget ,aku jg masak masih pakai bumbu kaya saos tiram, saus teriyaki ,kecap dan lain lain hanya di lihat takaran kalorinya dan secukupnya aja

kita samaan...diet santuy aj lah, lama turun bbnya? ga mslh yg penting sy ga bosen. klo mknny cuma direbus n kukus tanpa rasa, ga sampe 2 minggu sy udah nyerah dietny...sy pake semua bumbu cuma dibatasi aj pemakaiannya...
