Phase 2 - Day 1 Going to have a challenging next few days - week actually. I've eaten out 3 times in the last 3 days and Monday we're going out to celebrate daughter's birthday. Just have to make the best choices I can and get lots of exercise in. Normal life starts again on Wednesday. Just joined a gym with a pool - hope that will motivate me to go often. Joined 3 challenges that I think I can stay committed to, so this is my new start. I am back on track to losing what I've gained back in the last 6 months. I want to fit into my skinny pants again - SOON!
