I tried diets in the past, but had trouble sticking with it. I hope to find an inexpensive diet that is really easy to follow. I am 37 years old, 5'7'', and 211.8 pounds. I am just starting Fatsecret today. I ate a leftover Nutrisystem breakfast, and a bowl of chicken pot pie for lunch. I went to the gym and did some cardio. I would like to be able to wear cute outfits like stretchy pants with a sweater, or even a sun dress, short shorts, and a swimsuit or bikini, and look awesome in it....not like I'm pregnant. I am single. I have been single for a little over a decade. I think I am a pretty woman, but I believe it may help me in the dating scene if I lost some weight. I am currently living with my parents, who like to tell me I'm fat. I don't let it get to me though.
