Why I am so hungry a day after a workout? Do you have a similar problem and is there anything that helps you?

I try to eat foods high in fat and/or protein to satiate me, I also avoid carbs so I dont get sugar crashes which make things worse. Dont deprive your body of the food that it needs; rather, feed it the food that it needs to heal itself!

Thank you Strikefall. I'm trying to find healthy fat sources like avocado and nuts. Craving carbs is the big problem tho because I crash afterwords so hard.
