O_O OH MY GOD

I weighed in at 227lbs :( I was at 221 yesterday, but I had blackberry app problems yesterday and didn't record all my food. I ate more salt than usual and blah blah blah. It's just a slap in the face when you watch yourself drop so quickly, you should only assume it may come back as quickly too! 6 pounds in 1 day? Mon dieu!

We'll see. I'll make an effort to workout after school, then clean my room and get back to it, right? I know I've got this, and I know it will come off, slowly and steady - even if it's gonna yo yo its way down.
