Thank you guys 😊 I didn't have an exact diet. I just cut down the portion of my meals and majority of the time eat albany low gi bread, and I added green tea to my morning and afternoons. Later on I started brisk walking every Saturday and Sunday mornings. Oh and skipping, that really helped me.

@VerushaN, I don't actually take calorie intake into consideration because I worry about my carbs intake. I stick from 50g to 60g carbs intake a day.
