@anis farhana najihah: wo biasanya ngikutin emi wong di youtube yg hiit cardio no jumping, terus chloe ting juga tp yg pemula.. terus saya mulai diet itu di bulan juli, jd sekitar 2-3 bulan sdh dietnya 💕💕

@ocik26: cuma defisit kalori, menunya nasi putih, protein (tahu/tempe/dada ayam/telur/ikan), fiber (sayuran apa aja but mostly sawi & pakcoy), buah (semua buah, mostly pisang)
