I can't get this website to let me update information prior to my joining. So here I go for my own documenting's sake:
Started September 14th and weighed 165 lbs.
September 23rd I weigh 156.6
My goal weight is 125 lbs (give or take a few either direction, but this is the healthy weight for my frame and height).
After losing the first 10 lbs hopefully by this Sunday, the goal is to try and lose 1-2 lbs a week for the remaining five and a half months, with free eating days on holidays.
I did take measurements of my body and will track that outside of this site.
I am not exercising yet, but will start this Sunday as I begin gently adding carbs back into my foods. I plan to do circuit training, and walking/jogging interval style on a treadmill.
I hope all of us achieve our healthiest selves to avoid the expensive and sometimes side-effect filled medical situations!
