I must say the Frustration is real. I have been going to the gym every single day doing weights and alternating days with what I do, and nothing!!! no pounds lost!! my eating has been good, been following clean eating. I am so frustrated I am ready to throw the scale out the window and onto the street and run over it with a Mack truck! 😫🚛🚛🚛

Are you noticing changes with your body that might indicate that you are possibly gaining muscle while losing fat (like clothes that are getting too big), and that's why the weight on the scale hasn't changed but your body has? if no changes are seen at all, maybe it's time to see your Dr and ask to have your thyroid checked.

Another thing is when you’re body feels like you’re getting healthy, then it will release the weight, until then it’s gonna hang on tight

Small changes but nothing significant. I’m going to keep going but if I see nothing then .... I’ll I see my DR.

In one of my previous comments on a mother users post I said I was losing slow but steady. Well it went back up and I’m at the beginning today even after all the effort.
