Measurement for today:

Neck: 14 1/2 (same)
Bicep: 15 (up 1)
Bust: 38 (same)
Waist: 37 1/2 (up 1/4)
belly: 44 (up 3/4)
hips: 45 1/2 (down 1/2)
thigh: 26 (down 1)
calf: 15 (down 1/2)

Some ups this week, which surprised me. I think some of it is not having the exact same spot measured every week. As long as I see a downward trend, I'll be okay. :) Weight keeps going down, although it's only about a 1 lb a week. Better than gaining I guess, but I thought it would go quicker. I think I'll move to OWL today and start adding some carbs back in. More veggies this week to 25 net carbs. Next week I'll start adding in some nuts and stay at 25 to see what happens.
