aku pernah bikin enak ko rasanya. Pake oat yg dihaluskan atau ga sama aja. Klo aku pake bawput sma bamer diuleg trus penyedap. bake deh... Mantap pake saos.

bahanya : wortel (diparut supaya matang pas di panggang), kubis (iris tipis), daun seledri (iris tipis), oat (5 sdk mkn), telur (1 btr), bawang merah, putih, lada, garam,kaldu jamur/penyedap rasa (secukupnya). panggang di teflon pakai api kecil.
