Yarın diyete tekrar başlıyorum 5’lerden kurtulma vakti geldi. 1.7 kg sonra 49.9 inşallah (51.2 idim 51.6 oldum 😪) o yüzden yarından 30 gün istikrar sonra 47 inşallah ☺️☺️
