I think the weight loss bender is coming to a close, that was ridiculous I was losing weight so fast there. I'm back to only losing 0.4, but I did sleep for 12 hours, so who knows what is going on.

Just your body doing its usual adjustments, not to worry. My dad used to say my oldest son was like a wolf. He would eat LOTS and then have a growth spurt and then go back to eating normally. Just learn to listen to your body and if you slept 12 hours you probably needed it. Keep up the good work, it will pay off.
