Have not been working out..... But not eating all that much. Just discouraging. didn't feel like I was going to weigh THAT much. Just more upset on already crappy day.
57.4 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
