I miss my daily weigh in's and journal entries as I try to figure out 'senior weight moves' Well Mondays are my weekly weigh in, so I can just 'judge' by belt. And the belt doesn't have any holes left. So from my highest weight 12 years ago (I love thick leather belts, they just last forever) I am down an amazing 5 belt holes! Check your belts, See how much distance is between the one to the left and the one to the right. 5 holes! Once I get to my target weight, the belt is worthless, but a great reminder of what I've accomplished!
