333 cal I’ve increased my calories from 1074 to 1500. I wasn’t losing any weight and was gaining. So I heeded some suggestions 😉

yes this is a good idea as now your body won't breakdown muscle for energy, but rather use fat instead. I'm currently holding 129lbs at 1900 a day and it feels great

@Guiseppe it's not as simple as just "increasing calories". it's making sure your body has enough calories/correct macros as to not go into starvation mode. people become overweight when they eat more calories than they need (and shitty food).

Yes so far it has. I’m going back to my original success at weigh loss. Following LA weight loss menu. While examining my old diaries I discovered I WAS eating more calories but healthy foods and I was losing slow but steady. 😉
