一个月的高强度训练结束,从166斤减到153斤,体脂率从31.7%减到了26.7%,骨骼肌只涨了0.3kgg。锁骨、胸前肋骨的脂肪掉了些,比以前看着能更清晰一些,腿上的肌肉分离度也越来越明显了。背上和手臂上的脂肪依然很厚,继续努力吧,年底目标体脂率下到22%就行,体重到130以下
