So after a week off work with my better half and a few (3) takeaways to enjoy ourselves a little, we now begin the run-up to Xmas, focus and effort. Oh, and I start back at college in a week. First official education since leaving school some 15 years ago! Level 2 then L3 gym instructor & PT to actually put a qualification to what I've been learning for the past 2 years already. Exciting times! This alongside the busiest period of the year at work too, new iOS released any day now, 100s of app rebuilds to tackle before the years out... I love to punish myself it seems... New weigh-in pending, expecting to have put on a couple of lbs... nothing too drastic...
