Yesterday was amazing! While my food journal says I took in more calories than what I'm gearing towards, I couldn't find EXACT comparisons, so the count was off, and I think towards the high end. I cooked everything we ate yesterday, and I kept what I ate to a minimum so that I had a very small portion of everything. I'm so proud of myself! I did eat pizza for lunch, and nothing for breakfast though, so that wasn't good, but the amount of house cleaning and cooking I did yesterday should've burned some of those calories right off! I'm excited to make turkey soup and turkey salads and turkey sandwiches! We stuffed our turkey with carrots, celery, onion, thyme, and lemon, and it was so juicy! No basting at all!!!! Now back to my normal routine today of actually eating breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner! I love this website! And I'm so excited to FINALLY be committed enough to watch what I eat, and start exercising! Go me! For me!
