Well I didn't as awful as I could have but I went over my calories, it was those Milk Duds and chocolate cake, darn you. I didn't eat all day except some coffee and a homemade bran muffin so I was starving by dinner at 5. I did get in a 45 minute workout, though it was semi half a**ed due to my son crawling all over me everytime I went to do a floor move. I plan on 45 minutes of yoga and drinking the rest of my water for the day before trying to get some rest, I'm attempting my first black Friday shopping experience. I hope I make it out alive
