I was ill for a while and it was a troubled week. Still, on track. The loss is healthy.
And yes yes yes, I am starting the chloe ting 2 weeks abs challange. Hoping to get results and be able to complete it.
My current measurements:- Chest- 37.8 inches Waist- 32.2 inches lower belly- 38.8 inches Hips- 42 inches Arm- 12.2 inches Thigh- 24.5 inches

I am currently on Day 6. I also dont know if I will get results. But these exercises are really tiring me and I like the feeling. I think we should just try to get fitter. A specific body type should not be our goal. Be proud that you did it. Because you got fitter! Cheers.
