I didnt said bad, i just said you guys couldn't even take a joke, all i did was tease you over coffee and he is acting like i did something wrong and pushed you so much and blah blah 

We made some jokes and we smiled, its enough. Don't forget that when you are running, you burn more calories than walking but you can be tired early. Walking better than running sometimes. :)
