When I started my diet January 1 (again this year). I lost 20 lbs the first month. stuck with the diet in February and lost nothing. I kept with it. joined FS in March. Through support and information. I continued losing. I did not lose a lot again in August. but truthfully I did not put a lot into it. I am down 70 lbs so far this year. I would not be able to say that if I gave up in February or I had not found this app. Ask yourself one question.... in the past on any program did you lose 30 pounds in one month.... stick with it.... you owe your health that much
