113/6/5/15 2020/September/September Gym/PT was yesterday. Another new PR on heavy rope-329 in 3 minutes. 200+ straight, w/o a break. Then another 60+ish slower, then another 60 or so in last 30 seconds. That was hard. That's as much as many folks get w light rope. I think my max for regular rope is 400+ in 3 minutes.
Left cheek hurting again today, so no workout. Gotta focus on the PT stuff, not just the exercise.
