I feel good. I've been to the gym three days in a row. I have the luxury of having a gym, even though the equipment isn't so great, at my workplace. With my shift work often times I'm working out alone. Right now with my body confidence or lack of it I'm glad this is possible. Tomorrow hopefully my son can show me how to set up the Wii for days I want to get in some extra workout time at home.
I'm still not dieting as far as food. I have been trying to watch what I eat but I'm not being overly strict. I even had cake and a cookie tonight. I'll worry more about that when the exercising gets easier. It actually hasn't been as brutal as I thought it would be.
Tonight was nice my son helped me load in a few songs on my new I/Pod Touch so I had some new music. It also has a pedometer built in so I am trying out that feature. I'll keep you posted.
