Yay didn't realize my bar color changed today too!! (never knew that changing colors would be so exciting LOL) Weighed in today right before the holidays down 4 more lbs!! 200.6!! I was debating whether to weigh before the holidays or after. Went ahead and did it today. Alway love when the scale goes down. SO glad that my gym is going to have a holiday workout-Thursday 11/25 Thanksgiving Boot camp Friday 11/26 kick with Mikel & Holiday hangover workout Saturday 11/27 weekend Warrior & Ab Lab. I plan to take advantage of these classes!
