I am doing keto and taking 1300 calories per day I came down from 72 to 69.5kg but after this point it doesn't budge. I am stuck at this weight since two weeks. please help

Hi, u should workout also, ru doing some excercises? Keep doing good, check ur height n ideal weight , n work accordingly, whats ur target?

I am doing 10 suryanamaskar. Its very difficult to spend more than half hour on workout along with work. I go for early morning 1 km walk
