Well even with being out of town for training last week and having to eat the selection the hotel put out, I still lost 2 lbs! I'm so motivated and excited! And what's even better is I found a Zumba class on Tuesdays after work that me and two friends are going to go to! YAY! I love dancing, and I hate exercise that doesn't feel fun, so this all body workout will be perfect for me! Plus I love Latin rhythms and Latin dance, so this is right up my alley! I lost 50 lbs last time I taught dance, so I'm hoping for some good results!
