Wow, two weeks away from dieting and I am now back on track. Did not gain any weight but feel so bunged up and fat it is unbearable. So this morning I was determined that I would start again. I did have my birthday in the last two weeks and that is something that I do not like to celebrate so lots of sympathy eating on that one.
Apart from all that though, how is everyone doing? I would love to hear your feel good stories and how well you have been doing.
