111/4/3/14 2020/September/September Gym/PT. Did a double workout. It felt good. No pain. One of my best yet. Trainer even noticed. New PR on heavy rope-290 in 3 minutes.
Yesterday was 109/2/13.5 2020/September/PT. Little/no hip pain during workout or rest of day. It seems like it hurts less when I workout more. I'm not sure that's the case, though. Seems counterintuitive.
