Weight won't budge! Lots of hard physical work and holding to keto plan very closely. I heard today my blood pressue medicine can make a person GAIN weight so maybe holding steady at 167.5 for a week is not so bad. Next experiment... up the calories from protein and fat and keep the carbs under 30g, maybe I'm just not eating enough actual food! Let you know.
