Still have this cold. No sign of infection anymore. Z-pak knocked it out. Still did P90X Plyometrics today, still able to do more than the people on the video. That makes me feel good. Didn't do my run though. I'm going to eat a healthy grilled tenderloin with baked potato and baked beans. Then I'm going to bed <achoo, sniff, sniff>!
