Exactly the same weight. It is that time of the month, which may be working against me. I'll see next week. I'm not going to beat myself up about this as I did last week. After last Friday's weigh day I was in tears!
Goals for this weekend:
1. No fast food 2. Recording all food 3. Exercise at least once 4. No out of control drinking on Saturday night
