Tinggi 177 cm, deposit kalori aja rata² 1300 per hari, konsumsi protein per hari rata² 85 gram, serat rata² 30 gram, micronurtisi lainnya bebas aja. olahraga 30 menit per hari, 2:1=cardio:beban. Yang ringan² aja ga usah berat².
