don't know what's going wrong weight going on not coming off even though I'm exercising every day

That happens to me, sometimes your body just needs a rest, 1 day to re-energize your muscles. If you have any friends that go to the gym they'll tell you never go to they gym 2 days in a row (if your using the same machines) the second day your body just doesn't kinda of take in that your doing exercise. if that makes sense. I know its really difficult and if your like me, when your not doing an exercise one day you feel like you've done nothing, but your body sometimes needs a rest. Hope this has been helpful and hope you keep your spirits up :)
