I feel the same way about my walks. I used to not care for walking for exercise, especially when it came to walking uphill. Now, I love it and climbing uphill is a welcome challenge that, when I make it to the top, makes me proud. I'm not there yet on running.

What a lovely looking couple. Enjoy running together. The hubby and I used to enjoy long mountain hikes together and with our hiker friends until my knees couldn't take it any more. Their is nothing like looking down from the top of a mountain. Anyway, enjoy those moments together. 🥾🏃♀️🏃♂️👟
