Yay! Not as big a drop but I did have 2 days this week that were a bit over my daily calories. Still haven't started exercising yet. I've lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks and it's just from portion control! I'm thrilled! I think I'll start off with one or two days a week to build the habit of working out either before work or after. Slow and steady! I can do this! I AM doing this!
