今早炒的牛肉,真心不好吃,直接下锅炒,放了生抽、料酒、孜然、五香粉,其余的都没放。炒出来那口感跟鸡胸差不多。340g的牛肉炒出来只有230g了,又加了2片腊牛肉,去食堂买了3个卤鸡腿,吃了一个,太咸不敢吃第二个。中午练完一会再喝50g的蛋白粉,今天的蛋白质151g,感觉还是有点不够

吃也是很辛苦的..光消化那些瘦肉蛋白質。超慢...嘴巴吃起來不是知味...

基本上我每天中午只吃肉,1斤左右,如果肉不够,那在吃点蔬菜垫垫,肉不够就喝蛋白粉的时候多加一勺子。最近有氧太多,害怕掉肌肉只能狂吃肉。肉嚼多了,感觉咬肌越来越发达了,都想打瘦脸针了
