Hello! I'm back with another diet, I will only eat once a day between 400-700 calories a day, while exercising 10-30 minutes a day, if anyone has done this before, I would appreciate it if you told me how much weight you lost, I have been doing this for 4 days and I feel amazing!

400-700 calories is dangerous for your health you will loose weight but most of it muscles and good fat! Be careful

i have done this before, actually i did lose weight but it is pretty dangerous because it can slow down your metabolic rate and then you are gonna gain that weight (which you have lost) back. so be careful. how about eating healthy (1000 calories a day)? you are gonna see better results :) good luck

I eat 400 calories in the day I lose so much but I'm so hangrie and I guess is dangerous so in the this week i eat 700 calories in the day * I'm 14 year old *48 kg *160 cm
