French toast😂 It s Greg Doucettes recipe. egg whites, sweetner, cinnamon, vanilla extract. I used rye bread. cook on low heat, no oil. add whatever fruits you want, but strawberries have less calories

I usually have it for breakfast. It has 500 cals so it s not a cheat meal actually. Just be careful what bread you buy.
