Today its 16days ..but I didn't have decrease 100gm also ..plzz help me what to do

it is not imp to decrease weight but most thinks is reduce the visceral fat. and also fat mass. so first research what u want. because total weight is sum of water , muscle and fat.

Ur 21 nd u wanna losebur weight till 38kg?! That's not healthy! It also depends on ur height... But it's just my opinion...

If u wanna lose weight... I'd suggest you to take a calorie deficit diet like about 1200-1300 calories a day. Don't go less than it.. It may affect you in the long run. Start doing hiit for like 30min a day and on rest days walk for an hour. Try to do chloe ting programme.. Its really helped a LOT! if u really want more intense than chloes then do pamela reifs.. Her workout are damn intense! Try to include nuts,dates as your snack. Try to quit sugar...cuz that really helped me with my journey.. But that doesn't mean i didn't eat chocalates.. Just keep a track on ur calorie! Goodluck!
