Diet is home food
Workout = brutal ladder hiit, skipping , 1hrs jogging in mrng and evening and some workouts from YouTube in mrng

Hey! Dont be disappointed. Hiit helps in building muscle which may be why your weight remains same, which is not a bad thing! The more muscle you have, the more you burn even while being at rest. So stay motivated, continue your workout and make few changes in your diet. All the best!

@ J.Square....which workout decrease weight ?
My daily RDI is 1300 ...and I eat 700 per day ...2000calories I used to burn from workout ...but also 50gm eight is not decreased

@anamika4970...From what you told, your daily calorie deficit is around 2600 per day which may be reason.If your intake is less then the body will reduce its metabolism which means body will try to store more fat. You have to either increase your intake or decrease your workout. Give your body enough rest.

I too have the same problem
But I have calorie deficit diet of around 1000 calories for 2 months but i cannot reduce weight

it depends what u r trying to do.. if u r trying to gain muscle then it will take tym but if u r trying to lose weight then it should show some differences.

@anamika4970 J.Square is right.. Eating too less or consuming very less calories will affect your metabolism rate.. So increase your calorie intake to at least 1100 calories per day.. Crash dieting may help u now but it may cause future health problems..

U r having a wrong diet
Even if u don't lose weight very soon but u can see body shape changes in a week with proper diet n nutrition n workouts that too home workout

May be you have reached weight loss plateau.... Try doing more exercises than previous.... It may last for a while whatever you do... Go low carb for few days..

to reduce your weight or fat ...you must reduce your calories intake by 400-500 and increase your protein intake. You don't have to follow any strict diet .
